This page is only for people who are serious about achieving their potential and becoming the best they can be. It is not for people who are happy being average. It is not for those who accept ‘below par’ performance. This page is dedicated to you, if you genuinely strive to be at your peak.
World Class You
How would you rate your average performance on a daily basis? If you scored it on a scale of 1-10, would it be a perfect, flawless 10? Or are you closer to a 6, 7 or 8 out of 10 on an average day?
How would you rate your performance when you are at your peak? How would you rate yourself on those days when you’re in ‘The Zone’ and where you just seem to have that Midas touch? At your very best, are you an 8, a 9 or even closing in on a 10?
Take a moment to think about how successful you are at the moment. What have you achieved? No doubt there are some things you’re proud of. I imagine you’ve got some considerable achievements under your belt.
I would also guess that you have some frustrations. I’ll bet there are things you wish you could do better, more quickly, more effectively, more consistently. I suspect that there are some results that have been alluding you… things that you’ve been aiming for that are just out of reach.
Just for interest, how successful would you be if you removed some of those frustrations?
How much more successful would you be if we could take your average performance and increase it just one notch? If your average was a 7/10, how successful could you be if you averaged an 8? What about if we could get it to an 8.5 or even towards a 9?
If you manage a team of people, what do you think their average is on a daily basis? Do they average an 8 or 9 consistently, or is their average closer to 5, 6 or 7? How successful are your team at the moment? How successful do you think they could be if we also took their performance up just one or two notches? What results would we see if they regularly posted 8 or 9 out of 10?
What would happen if we were able to engineer our own performance, and the performance of our team? What impact would that have on our results and our success? How much better could you be?
If you could engineer your performance and create consistently better results, how would that change your life? What impact would it have on your happiness, your confidence, your sense of achievement… your bank balance? Would it be worth a little time, effort and focus?
