World Class Corporate Business World Class Executive Coaching World Class You

World Class performance is not the reserve of major corporates. In fact, major corporates are often not World Class at what they do. The reason that many people buy from smaller companies is because they get better quality and a more comprehensive service. Being World Class is something that any company (however small) can aspire to. A one-man-band can be World Class. To me, World Class is defined as being in the top handful in the World at whatever it is that you do. You don't have to be in the top few earners to be World Class. However, if you are World Class, the likelihood is that you will have an in-demand product and a very sustainable business.

For Example...

I was asked to work with a firm of accountants in North East England. They wanted a more energetic, productive team and greater output to cope with an influx of work.

My brief

Tick To help raise productivity and boost output.

The programme included 1-on-1 coaching with key people (senior management and partners especially), focussing on everything from personal effectiveness to work-life balance. We also targeted team cohesion and personal performance of all staff through group and individual work. The end result is that the firm were able to operate with less people per case and increased it's workload without having to employ extra bodies.

I was approached by the MD of a very high quality food packaging manufacturer. Her business was due to go through a rapid expansion phase and she was committed to maintaining quality through the growth. The company already had a World Class culture and their performance was second to none.

My brief

Tick (Bullet)To coach the board and senior management to build robustness into the culture through a structured process.
Tick (Bullet)To translate the cultural values through the systems, processes and management pathways, to the performance of teams and individuals on the shop-floor.
Tick (Bullet)To design and deliver a unique training programme to a new generation of managers (and new levels of management), that reflected the character of the company.

The programme was entirely bespoke to the unique culture of the company. We were not training any old manager - we were training their managers to do things their way and maintain the successful culture that the company was built on.

Fees & Pricing Structure
Obviously all of the work with all business clients is completely bespoke. The fee is dictated by the value that the programme will have on the organisation. I know that's not very useful if you're trying to get an idea of cost so...

Individual 1 day workshops start from a minimum of £1,500.00 plus VAT and expenses and a performance related bonus.
