World Class Corporate Business Coaching
World Class Corporate Business
| World Class SMEs | World Class Executive Coaching | World Class You |
We're the biggest in the World, so we must be World Class...? Even if we're not World Class, we're big enough to survive aren't we?...No! The biggest are not necessarily the best, or the strongest. To be World Class means that you are one of the very best at what you do. It means that your product or service is truly the best, your people are the best at what they do and you are performing to your maximum. If you are genuinely World Class, the likelihood is that you will have an in-demand product and an incredibly sustainable business. World Class organisations hit peak performance constantly.
To engineer consistent peak performance, I work through many levels of an organisation.
How do I work?

Who do I work with?

Completely Bespoke
That isn't just a cliché or a throw-away line. Each project is entirely dictated by the needs of the organisation. I spend a lot of time working with the company to find out exactly how we can make the biggest impact. The preparation work is extensive. We investigate the key challenges and discuss any frustrations within the business. We work hard to understand the changes that will provide the greatest results and we define the success of the project. I need to know precisely how to make the maximum impact. I will only engage in the work if I know I can make a positive impact!
A wise man once said - If you gave me 8 hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend the first 6 sharpening my axe.
For example...
I was approached by a very senior sales manager in a market leading financial services company. Following a recent merger his team had doubled. He was keen to gel his team and get more from them. In fact, he realised that there were pockets of knowledge, skills and talent that he wasn't fully accessing. We likened it to an engine that has the best component parts, but which isn't really in tune.
My brief
The programme uses tools such as performance profiling, personality profiling and effectiveness benchmarking. The sales manager knows that if we meet the brief, sales will increase by 25-30% !!
For example...
The sales manager of a large insurance company contacted me in December. His team's annual target had just been increased from £1 million per person to £1.5 million from January. The manager was concerned because his team had only just made their £1 million targets and everyone knew the financial climate was becoming less favourable.
My brief
We used a wide variety of performance coaching tools through 9 contact sessions in the first quarter of the year. The majority of the work was done 1-2-1, with a few ‘team' sessions. The end result - everyone hit the new target and the team increased it's sales by £2.5 million!
For example...
An international banking institute approached me to provide a series of training sessions for senior management. The institute's remit is to help develop the standards across the board within banking in their country.
My brief
To do this, the programme provides managers with tools and processes that they can use to coach their teams. The institute is tracking the impact of the work to understand the bottom-line impact that the programme will have.
Fees & Pricing Structure
Obviously all of the work with corporate clients is completely bespoke. The fee is dictated by the value that the programme will have on the organisation. I know that's not very useful if you're trying to get an idea of cost so...
Individual 1 day workshops start from a minimum of £1,500.00 plus VAT and expenses and a performance related bonus.
