Who am I?

I'm Simon Hartley. I've been helping sports teams and athletes become world class and engineer their optimal performance for over 10 years.

For the last 10+ years I've been working in elite and professional sport as a sport psychologist and performance coach. I've coached Olympians & International athletes through my work as the consultant sport psychologist with the English Institute of Sport. I've also worked in the very competitive world of professional sport within Premiership Football, Premiership Rugby Union, Super League (Rugby League), First Class County Cricket, Motor Racing and more.

My expertise lies in helping organisations, teams and individuals to consistently engineer peak performance and become World Class.

In sport, I help athletes win medals and teams win championships.

I specialise in developing a World Class mind-set and approach. During the last 5 years, I have had incredible results applying my work to Entrepreneurs, Executives, SMEs and Corporate clients. I've coached a wide range of clients to develop a winning mentality. I help them to understand the ingredients that enable peak performance and ensure they can engineer sustainable success.
